Questions about the offer
What exactly is free for 3 months?
Your £29.95 monthly subscription: your branded ordering app, unlimited direct orders and launch support. There's no setup fee, and we don't take your card details to start. Card processing fees and the 50p customer platform fee still apply to orders during the free months (see below).
What happens when the 3 months end?
Nothing is charged automatically. You choose whether to carry on. If you do, it becomes a rolling monthly subscription at £29.95 a month with no fixed-term contract, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us. In any calendar month where your app takes 100 or more orders, that £29.95 is waived and you pay £0 for the month. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the month already paid. Whatever you decide, you can ask us for an export of your menu, order history and customer data.
What do I pay on each order?
We take no commission. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which deducts its own fee before the money reaches you: currently around 1.5% + 20p per successful UK card payment, or about 58p on a £25 order. We don't add a markup. Separately, your customers pay a 50p platform fee per order, added at checkout rather than taken from your takings. See the full pricing.
Is there a setup fee, and who sets up my menu?
There's no setup fee. We build your branded app, load your menu and prepare your flyers, QR codes and digital launch materials. Most takeaways are live within 5 days of signing up and connecting Stripe. A kitchen order printer is optional, at a one-off £294.99, and isn't part of the free offer.
Can I keep Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats and phone orders?
Yes. Your app runs alongside the platforms, phone and walk-in orders you already take, so you don't need to switch anything off. It doesn't connect to those platforms or move their customers across automatically. You use your flyers, QR codes and digital materials to encourage customers to order direct next time, at your own pace.
